Slimquick is certainly one of the most popular weight loss supplements on the market. Upon closer inspection, it is more about the hype than the results with Slimquick. Yes, Slimquick will help you lose weight. But, when it comes to losing significant weight and keeping it off, there are better solutions elsewhere. It just is not a long-term solution for attaining your ideal body. One problem is that it contains a large percentage of caffeine and it relies on this substance to boost energy and decrease appetite. For many people, the use of caffeine can have unwanted side effects as it stimulates the nervous system, although it is an effective appetite suppressant. Slimquick is supposedly geared specifically towards women. However, no ingredients in it would cause unwanted effects or be dangerous to men. Some of its ingredients help alleviate menstrual cramps, but claiming it is a “just for women” product seems like a marketing strategy. It is reasonably priced but simply does not have all the goods that you can get in a little higher price range. It contains 6 custom designed complexes, including Cylcovite, Nutratherm, Estrotrim, Cortifem, Aquaplex, and Xtend. These all contain blends of good nutrients and vitamins, but it is obvious that it falls short of some of the best supplement products on the market. It seems to be completely safe when taken in recommended dosages, although some have reported dizziness and increased heart rate (presumably from there being too much caffeine in Slimquick). The Slimquick supplement comes with a recommended exercise program that they suggest will enhance the customer’s results.
If you are serious about a successful diet program, I suggest you save your money for a more promising weight loss supplement to help you out. Slimquick will help you lose some weight, but reports suggest it may come back later. The ingredients are not of the highest quality we have seen and reviews have been mixed. What works in one person’s body may not work on everyone else’s body. Although it is supposedly designed for women, it seems it would have the same effect in men and there are no known gender specific ingredients. It probably should not be as popular as it has proved to be. Slimquick can be considered a reasonable and cheap alternative to the better-constructed, more effective dietary supplements. With so many well-marketed weight loss supplements it can be very difficult to decide which one is right for you. You may want to try a few out. To my knowledge, Slimquick does not offer a money-back promise so they are making it hard for people to try it risk-free. For some people, it may be worth a shot.
