Let’s face it; if there was a perfect diet for women, we’d all be the perfect size for our body shapes and height and not only wouldn’t I be writing this review, you wouldn’t be reading it!
Life isn’t perfect-and the people participating in it most certainly aren’t. If we all looked like factory manufactured Barbie dolls (and Kens) we’d be living in some freaky sci-fi movie.
No, we strive for the best ‘us’ we can manage-taking care of our health first and foremost. A healthy body is not an obese one, so we should definitely be eating a balanced diet and exercising. And if we need a little extra encouragement a diet pill can be of assistance-if you purchase the right fit for you.
Gender-specific diet pills are not a new concept, but many companies can’t perfect one either. The usual fare is your average weight loss ingredients with multivitamins including folic acid and calcium thrown in. What makes Perfect Diet for Women any different? The bottle isn’t even pink for goodness sakes! Let’s look at what’s under the (unexciting) cap shall we?
One nice thing about Perfect Diet for Women is its individual ingredient dosage. But it’s the only nice thing. Unfortunately Perfect Diet for women contains ONE top-rated ingredient, and that’s Green Tea. In a 63 mg dosage it’s not going to get the job done alone. On the whole this is a ‘perfectly average’ diet pill. And tell me somebody please-what’s gender-specific about it? There isn’t a single ingredient here that caters only for us girls! Men could easily take this without fear of getting in touch with their feminine sides! Plus this is a load of stimulants and no nutrition. I like a product with a lot of antioxidants, maybe Resveratrol for aging and complexion, and vitamins.
Perfect Diet for Women is perfectly horrid to track down. You have to find it through third-party retailers ($20.74-$44.95), and most retailers will not offer a refund on opened bottles of merchandise. Another reason why Perfect Diet for Women is less than perfect!
If I had to summon up a perfect diet for anyone I wouldn’t use ‘Perfect Diet for Women’ as my muse. I’d say eat real not processed foods in moderation and balance from the food pyramid. Work out daily, and with enthusiasm. (Make sure it’s something you enjoy doing.) Learn to love yourself. And if you need a diet pill, go for one with lots of science to back it and the word ‘perfect’ nowhere in sight. Perfection is relative anyway; what’s perfect for one may not be so for another.
This product is imperfect in every way. It certainly isn’t a diet pill that works, ladies. The only thing it’ll perfectly do is lighten your wallet.
