The main ingredient in Sliminate Slimming Capsules is D-D-Hua. This is said to be similar to bitter orange. Using synephrine (which is extracted from bitter orange) has been linked to appetite suppression and metabolism boosting effects. But even the full strength synephrine would not boost metabolism 18 times.
