The other day I saw one of the new scanning bar codes that companies have started to put on their sides and lables of their products.  This one was on a soda cup I got at a gas station.  If you haven’t tried them before this is what you do.  You take a picture with your smart phone with some bar code scanner app and it will scan the bar code and then take you to a web site where you can sign up for something or enter to win free junk.  It’s a simple sales pitch that has been going on for decades now.

Anyway, so I scan this bar code and it took me to the most pointless website! The site was slow and it wasn’t very friendly on a mobile phone browser almost like it wasn’t formatted for phones.  On top of that the information contained on the site seemed very useless.  It was a dead end.  No links, just one page that just gave random and what seemed to be very useless information.  I wondered why someone would have even spent the time to make such a stupid web page.

Sadly, the same thing happens sometimes when we are looking for diet pill sites.   No matter how many different ways we word the search on the web sometimes it seems like we can not find what we are looking for.

On the web site it seemed like there was a lot of information but it turned out that most of the information either repeated itself or it was part of the companies private policy and disclaimer.

When the site actually reviewed diet pill, the reviews were written containing little to no information about ingredients and they offered no explanation why the diet pills worked.  The reviews just made claims that the pills worked.  It wasn’t very impressive.

The Ugly

The site obviously changed from being a web page that reviewed diet pills into an endorsement for 4 specific diet pills.  Good try, but even when   The only links were the ones that went to a checkout page if you wanted to buy one of the overpriced weight loss pills that they claim to refill online diet pills but only if it is one of the 4 that they offer on the site.

Keep looking for other web sites because diet-pills-exposed.com is not a very informative site.
