There is little to o clinical research that hoodia is actually effective as a sole ingredient in a formula.  There are several pills out there that use hoodia in the formula as well as other ingredients and some of these pills really have been shown to work and effectively at that.  Unfortunately, Dex-L10 is a product that only contains hoodia and although it contains a lot of hoodia, it probably does not work all that well.  A big hint that Dex-L10 does not work is the fact that they only offer a 30 day guarantee and only on unopened bottles.  Seems like a pretty weak deal.
