I have a hard time believing that BikiniFast can really make you loose as much weight as they promise.  There are only four active ingredients and it seems like they know that the product is weak because they only offer a thirty day guarantee and they sell the product through a free-trial / auto shipment program.  A guarantee needs to be at least two months for it to be effective and you should always avoid any type of auto-shipment.  Both of these factors are big signs that a pill is not very effective and the company does not have much confidence in their own product.  There are much better options out there and I would recommend something else.
