AllStarHealth.com sells 5,000 products on their site! Their products have a wide range of uses, which include: dietary supplements, body building supplements, multi-vitamin supplements, protein powders and fish oils. It would be nice to see some organization and even some simplicity in the website. It has a lot of information that may not be understood at first. The good thing about this information is that they are very honest. AllStarHealth.com will tell you when a product is not what you are looking for.

The website itself offers some great information for anyone with questions. Most of the questions about Shipping/Business side of the company can be answered right on the website.

Customer Service

AllStarHealth.com customer service is definitely a bright spot in the company. They do work hard to help you out. They provide a toll-free number, an international number and a fax number and well as an email address and an mailing address to write them at. The only concern here is that there is a whole list of product manufacturers that will not allow you to return your product to AllStarHealth.com, instead you will have to deal with the manufacturer themselves (never really a good experience).

Return Policy

Besides that just mentioned, the return policy is very clear: “If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you may return the unused portion for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase. The unused portion must contain at least 25% of the original portion of the product.” There are two major problems with this policy: first, you have to return the product within 30 days of purchase- most dietary supplement take AT LEAST 30 days to work. Second, they require you to have at 25% of the original portion of the product- in most cases you will not know if a product works until you go through a full month’s supply.

Products

The products offered on this website do not contain any of the patented ingredients that you see on our website. This shows they may not be willing to spend a little more money on ingredients that we know work. So, you won’t know if a product on their website works until you try it… makes me nervous with their weak return policy. If you come across products that are unproven make sure there is a solid return policy that allows you to try a months supply at no risk to you.

Conclusion

If you are looking to gain muscle and lose weight you may want to look into AllStarHealth.com. However, if you are like most of us and just want to drop some of that extra fat, look for websites more based towards weight loss and fat burning power. Also, you can tell how confident a company is in their products by their return policy. According to AllStarHealth.com’s policy I am not sure they believe their products will work. Last, and maybe most important, they do not sell those products that are at the top of our list!
