Their most recent fat burner, called Thermoplus, contains a blend of botanical ingredients that are supposed to promote increased metabolism and suppress appetite. When used in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise, Advocare claims Thermoplus supports fat oxidation and a healthy metabolism.

In order to melt away the fat of all who are graced with this product’s presence, Advocare Thermoplus uses a blend of ingredients including Sage Extract, Oolong Tea Extract, Guarana Extract, Thaimine and Niacin. These are mostly stimulants in disguise but some do have fat burning qualities.

Oolong tea is a close relative to the popular weight loss supplement green tea. In addition to the great antioxidant qualities of these types of tea extracts, they can also help increase natural fat oxidation when taken in the proper doses. Guarana is also a popular weight loss supplement due mainly to its stimulant properties. Direct links to weight loss are debatable however. The rest of the ingredients may not be as effective as weight loss aids. As an overall mix of ingredients, Advocare Thermoplus is a decent product; but, without knowing the amounts of each ingredient, it’s impossible to say definitively if this product will directly help you lose weight.

Advocare Thermoplus Worth Trying?

To start, it’s important to realize the business structure of Advocare. This company refers to itself as a Direct Sales company which is more commonly known as a Multi-Level marketing company or a network marketing system. Advocare might argue that point on a technicality or two but essentially that’s what they are. This does not mean they do not produce a good product, but it does necessitate a pretty big margin if you are going to pay everyone involved up the line.

When compared to similarly priced fat burners available on the market, Advocare Thermoplus would rank somewhere in the middle of the pack. The pills definitely contain a good mix of ingredients but there are more effective blends out there that actually tell you exactly what you are getting. I imagine you would see good results with this product but Advocare offers more of a business opportunity than an effective product. For the money I wouldn’t recommend it first.
